How hard or simple is it for someone to get my email password by using software or internet tricks?

I use tough passwords which are impossible to guess that sometimes I forget myself. I suspect someone may be hacking my email. I use cyber cafes cause I do not have a PC, so I use different comps since I started browsing. Help me with knowledge pliz.

if you use internet cafe's etc... use legitimate ones , there are a few well known ones..





also logging into your web mail .. use "this is a public computer" option.

set it up on a SECURE pc.. and you can download mail etc. to that.. you shouldn't have to enter any passwords on the net cafe's pc's.. that way they can't log anything your typing.





someone used IM from a net cafe, the thing kept sending me rubbish messages about visiting a website.. things like that are a bad sign the cafe is rubbish.. i told the person in question not to use that place as it was obvious the pc's were infected with virus/spyware rubbish.
