Can a web adminstrator access my email password?

I have a shared computer. I do not have it password protected. I do, however, have an email account that requires a login password. Can the web administrator access my email account (ie yahoo, hotmail) without my knowledge?

Without being very competent with computers, it's hard to be *sure* whether there is a keylogger installed. Press Control+Alt+delete, click on Task Manager, and look at the processes whose user name is not SYSTEM. Does any have a name like 'keylog', or 'spy', or 'grab'? If not, it's likely there's no such thing installed.

But if you suspect the administrator wants your password, the only way you can be sure he doesn't get it is by not entering it on the computer...
Reply:As long as the site you are logging into uses SSL your username/password are protected. There are however keyloggers and admin can place on your PC and capture your input or for that matter watch you as your web browsing.
Reply:yes he can in case he has some kind of software installed in the computer but for ur information its illegal to access others passwords.
