What would happen if i deleted someones yahoo account i new their email and password?

if you know their email address and password and you want to delete it, then the original owner of that account cannot use it anymore. but if you want to do that, just think of yourself if someone will do it to you also, what will you feel? so before deleting a person's account think it well if you were on their shoes.
