anyways my ex got my password to my old myspace page and changed my password and email that i signed up with...i cant figure out how to delete my old one...anyone got any ideas?

I had an ex that created a myspace page with my information: address, telephone number, etc. He invited people to come over to my house anytime, day or night. Thankfully, he sent me a message on myspace and when I checked out the profile, I saw it all. I immediately contacted myspace security, http://www.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseact... , and also contacted Tom. The profile was immediately deleted.
If I were you, I would create a new profile (or have a friend do this) and then contact them immediately. This would be identity theft, so it shouldn't take them long to remove the profile. Also, make sure you contact all your friends from that profile just in case she sends out messages to them.
I wish you the best in getting that profile removed...and finding nicer exes! lol
