I have box ticked for 2 weeks but it doesn't make any difference!

If you're using firefox, then when you tell it to "clear private data" when you sign on and off (which most people do as a matter of course, since firefox gives you the option) then it clears all the stuff you told sites to remember. In other browsers, you're having the same problem, but it will be slightly harder to fix. In both cases, you need to allow the computer to remember cookies in order for the site to keep a record of you. Since the browser can't distinguish between what you told sites to remember and what sites are just storing data about you, it clears all of it. In firefox, you need to uncheck "cookies" from the list of things to clear. In explorer, you can change the security settings to allow cookies from yahoo to be remembered by going to tools-options-and then searching around for that option (different versions of ie work different ways). In other browsers, you'll need to find the same option wherever it is--it could be under tools, or under security.

Reply:U should be grateful that yahoo has this verification staff................ aren't u concerned abt ur privacy??? Abt the two week thing........... do u work in broadband line? If so then two week stuff definitely works.
