Ive requested my password reset email a dozen times and they claim to have sent it, but it's a no show. It's not in trash or spam either. Do they hae a history of being very slow about this?

they have a lot of problems... people are experiencing the same problems that u have. it takes time for them to reply to every single request...
wait 24 hours at least... if it doesnt work, then do the reset thing again or contact their customer service!!
Reply:you probably gave a wrong email address, like bobslith@bob.com instead of bobsmith@bob.com
