Forgot password to email and security question?

HELP!!! I forgot my password AND security question and i REALLY need my email, anyone know what to do?

Once you have recieved the new password , go ahead and log in to your Email and remember to change that password right away . When you are changing this givin password .. you will be givin a chance to change the password hint and answer(s)... or you may ask your Email provider as to how to change the password hint and answer(s) ... Do not answer the password hints truthfuly ..and.. never answer them truthfuly . Always answer in a way noone can track you down . Remember to save all info , make copies of all password and account in formation and date each of them . Save the needed copies to a safe with your other PC infos . Passwords should be changed often .. 2-4 weeks . Even 16 digit passwords can be broken but highly unlikely anyone will attempt the 16+ digit passwords . Yahoo Messenger passwords should deffinently be changed 2-4 weeks . Never give out the password even is you ISP asks for it . Passwords open accounts and personal information .
