You will need to do an ID/Password Recovery. You will also need to have an alternate e-mail address on file in order to use it.
There are two questions that are asked. The first is your birthday and the second is the ZIP or postal code that you have on file. Here is the link that you can use.

Go back in and send them a letter to state you have forgotten answer to secret question, they will send you a form back that explains everything. You will have a spot where it states your id and asks for you password and then there is a section that says need new password, you enter on that key. You should get a new one in about 15 minutes or less.
