I forgot my email address and/or my password for Facebook and I can't axcess my account. I can't get the forgotten password right because I odn't know the things. HOw can I get my email, password, or a new password and still be able to keep the same account?

Go onto your profile from a friends account and look at your conact details .... find your email (if you have it displayed) and then request a new password!
