My friend just sent me an email by mistake slagging off me and my mum. I want to get into her email account to see what other s*** she's been spouting, and possibly send a few to her parents so they can see what a poisonous little c*** they've managed to unleash upon the world.

Your ex-friend you mean? Chill. You can't get somene's password unless they give it to you. Otherwise there'd be no point in having passwords. Forget it. Don't waste your energy or anger on her. I'd email her to tell her what she's done. That should put the wind up her.
