I had an old email address which i don't use it for a long time but now my old friend has sent me an important document through this email and i forgot the password already. The friend just went on a vacation, so I could not contact her either. I deseperately need the password, can you please help? THanks.

Reply:well if u remember ur old password screen name, den go to ur email website e.g. yahoo.com n den type in ur screen name n den u will see below the box where u type in ur password it will say "forgot password" click der, n enter ur new eamil address so dey could send u ur password to ur new email address!

Reply:If the email account is through your ISP, contact them and have them reset your password. Otherwise, there should be a "forgot password" button somewhere near the logon area that you can click. That will tell you how to go about retrieving your password after you are able to verify the security information for the account.
