i forgot my password. after i entered my personal info (postal code and date of birth ect.) yahoo asked for the answer to a secret question. i chose this question and the answer when i created the account...how do i change the secret question and answer? or can i?

If you have forgotten your yahoo password and correct secret question its not good news and the probability is you have lost that account and need to open a new one. If there was a easy fix it would be open to abuse from hackers. the password and password recovery rules are there to protect you.

Reply:It is simple. Sign into your account and go to My Account and search for the secret question option and change it.
