i deleted everything in my hardware by mistake cause my xbox 360 videos wasnt playing so i try it and now i dont noe my email adress or password i only noe my gamertag...
In xbox live if you forget your password and email adress and you trying to recover a gamertag how you could?

go to the site you made it on and click on forgot email
if that doesnt help i dont know what will
