I forgot my email password and also lost the referal email account which was hacked.What do I do please?

I forgot my email password and also lost the referal email account which was hacked. At the end of the procedure to retrieve my password, I will be directed to refer to my hacked email account to get my password. Of course I was not successful. I need help to get my password, please. Thank you.

If you have forgotten your yahoo password and you cannot provide the same information you gave during registration or when you last updated your account. Without the correct verification information,You will not be able to obtain a new password. If there were a easy fix it would be open to abuse from hackers...Sorry

Reply:was it a hotmail / yahoo account? Usually they have the "Secrete Question" thingy that you can answer.
Reply:there's a secret question and you would have given an answer. Just answer that question. Hope you remember that.
